Photography tips
How this image was taken
For this shot during the blue hour, a long exposure time of 30 s was used to capture sufficient light despite the narrow aperture of f/16. The 22 mm focal length provides a wide angle of view to capture the entire scenery.
- Use a long exposure time to get a detailed image even in low light conditions.
- Select a narrow aperture like f/16 to render the city lights clearly.
- Use a wide-angle lens to include both the shoreline and Mount Pilatus in your frame.
