1. Scope

These terms apply to direct offers on rhpx.ch, in particular calendar orders and online courses paid through Stripe.

Orders placed via shop.rhpx.ch are subject to the terms displayed in that shop system.

2. Specific terms

This central terms page is intended as the overarching URL for Stripe and summarises the key terms for direct orders and bookings via rhpx.ch. Depending on the offer, the following specific terms also apply:

In the event of contradictions between this central terms page and the specific terms, the specific terms for the respective offer prevail.

3. Contract partner

The contract partner is rhpx.ch | Roger Hügi Photography, Roger Hügi. Contact via the contact page.

4. Offer and contract conclusion

The presentation of products or online courses on rhpx.ch is an invitation to order or book. The contract is concluded once payment via Stripe has been successfully completed.

The order or booking is made through the respective Stripe payment link. Customer details, payment details and, depending on the offer, additional information such as a preferred activation date may be collected in the payment form.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Swiss francs unless stated otherwise. Payment is made through Stripe. Stripe is one of the major internationally operating payment providers.

Credit card data is not stored by rhpx.ch.

6. Calendar orders

Calendar orders concern selected photo calendars by rhpx.ch. Images on the website are used for product presentation. Minor differences between screen display and printed product are possible.

After successful payment, the order is processed manually. Production and shipping may be handled by external production or shipping partners. Delivery times are guidelines unless explicitly confirmed as binding.

Calendars produced to order are not subject to a general right of return unless there is a defect. Faulty or damaged products must be reported via the contact page within a reasonable period.

7. Online courses

Online courses are provided in the protected course area of rhpx.ch. After successful payment, course access is personally checked and activated manually. Activation takes place on the preferred activation date or, if no such date has been agreed, within a reasonable period after payment has been received.

Course access is personal and may not be shared with third parties. For version 1 of the courses, no fixed expiry date is planned unless stated otherwise on the respective course page.

The courses consist of digital learning content such as texts, images, videos, exercises, self-checks, reflection fields and downloads. The exact scope is described on the respective course page.

8. Support and questions for online courses

If provided in the course, questions may be asked using the form at the end of individual lessons. rhpx.ch aims to answer within 24 hours. Ongoing personal coaching, individual image critique or unlimited support is only owed if explicitly stated on the course page.

9. Returns, cancellation and refunds

For calendar orders, in the event of verifiable production or transport damage, an appropriate solution will be sought, for example replacement delivery or refund.

For online courses, there is generally no right to a refund after access has been activated, unless there is a technical defect that substantially prevents use of the course and cannot be resolved. Non-use of an activated course does not create a right to a refund.

In the event of accidental duplicate bookings or exceptional hardship, rhpx.ch may voluntarily review an individual solution.

10. Technical requirements for online courses

Use of the course area requires an internet-enabled device, an up-to-date browser and a stable internet connection. For individual exercises, a personal camera is recommended or required if stated in the course description.

11. Copyright and usage rights

All photographs, course content, texts, videos, downloads and materials are protected by copyright. Purchasing a calendar or booking an online course does not transfer usage rights to the images or course materials unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Sharing, publishing, copying, commercial use or use for one's own training offers is not permitted without written consent.

12. Availability

rhpx.ch strives to operate the website and course area reliably. Short interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or external services cannot be ruled out.

13. Course reviews

Customers may review courses where this function is offered. Reviews are published only after review. There is no entitlement to publication.

14. Privacy

The Privacy Policy of rhpx.ch applies to the processing of personal data. Payment data is processed through Stripe.

15. Liability

The content and products are created carefully. However, rhpx.ch does not guarantee a specific learning outcome, a specific photographic effect or suitability for a specific individual purpose.

Liability is limited to direct damages to the extent permitted by law. No liability is accepted for indirect damages, consequential damages or interruptions caused by external services.

16. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, to the extent permitted by law.
